MEET OUR BOARD MEMBERS

Ryan Rosen

Ryan Rosen is a Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduate and has been involved with Camp Kinneret since 1995. After several summers on staff as a Lifeguard, Pool Director, and Assistant Director, Ryan became Director in 2006. In 2011, Ryan and his wife, Britt, purchased Camp Kinneret from long-time owner Harold Gordon. In 2015, Ryan & Britt decided to do the unthinkable - welcome their daughter, Dylan, and start an after-school enrichment program, Growing Outdoors, all in the same year! By bringing the lessons of camp to school sites through their enrichment programs, Growing Outdoors has allowed Ryan to help more children practice their 21st-century skills in a caring and nurturing environment. In 2019, Ryan and Britt welcomed their son, Wyatt.

Britt Rosen

Having attended Camp Kinneret as a camper, Britt never imagined she would be back at camp until meeting Ryan in 2007, when they played in a competitive adult kickball league. Outside of camp, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children- the eldest of which now attends Kinneret, volunteering her time at her kids' schools and being creative.

Megan Holman

When Megan was three years old, she was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up. It's a common question for children and there are common answers like doctor, actor, or teacher. Megan said teacher and never once changed her mind as she grew up. She always knew she wanted to be a teacher, but working at Camp Kinneret showed her what kind of teacher she wanted to be and gave her the skills to achieve that dream. Megan teaches at A.E.Wright Middle School and continues to work at camp during the summers. She is excited to join the board of Educating Playfully and share the magic of camp with everyone!

Brian and his wife, Lauren, have three daughters -- all of whom now attend Camp Kinneret. While he spends his days leading NBCUniversal's corporate Data & Measurement Strategy team, Brian is thrilled to join the Educating Playfully board.
